Twelve award-winning, biodynamic wines guide you through the different characteristics of our vineyards, grape varieties, and vintages – from a lively, young Muskateller to a mature Smaragd with depth and expression.

Each wine comes from our Demeter-certified vineyards in the Wachau and bears the unmistakable fingerprint of its origin: sunny terraces, cool nights, biodynamic care – and a lot of patience in the cellar.

Yes, all products from Nikolaihof are strictly organic and come from our own biodynamic farm.

Not all products are Demeter-certified, as we prefer to use Austrian organic sugar, for example, rather than Demeter sugar from far away.

A "Röster" consists of stewed fruits and, unlike jam, contains no gelling agent. Pure fruit enjoyment.

Yes, you are welcome to visit us at Nikolaihof. Salon 77 is open year-round for tastings.

From May to November, you can enjoy culinary delights at our wine tavern.

From April to October, our advindeas guesthouse is also open for you as a small boutique hotel.

The products are completely free of preservatives and should therefore be used quickly after opening.
