It goes well with anything that calls for mustard – whether it's sausages, roasts or smoked meats – and also adds that certain something to salad dressings, mustard sauces and spicy dishes.

Like all products from Nikolaihof Wachau, this mustard is also produced according to biodynamic Demeter principles, with loving craftsmanship and great respect for nature.
