Behind dieNikolai are not anonymous processes, but real people, a real family, and a lot of heart. What began in 2015 with Martin's and Günter's idea to transform the valuable Demeter raw materials from Nikolaihof Wachau into high-quality organic grape cosmetics remains a passion project to this day.

We ourselves stand in the vineyard for the raw materials of our skincare products – and that's precisely why we have a very special connection to every product. Each product is made with conviction, care, and love. And every package that makes its way to you is packed by people who genuinely enjoy what they do. Martin

Martin is the youngest son of Nikolaihof. While his brother took over the winery, he dedicates himself with dieNikolai to those valuable Demeter raw materials that were hardly used in the past – and refines them into special natural products.

As founder and managing director, Martin is the calm, cordial force behind dieNikolai. He enjoys giving tours of the Nikolaihof, is the contact person for suppliers, and with serenity, hospitality, and joy, ensures that everything runs smoothly.

Günter

Günter went to school with Martin – and even then it was clear that the two not only got along well but could also work together wonderfully.

Today, Günter is the creative mind on the team and, with great intuition, takes care of marketing, advertising, and new ideas. At the same time, he is a warm contact person for customers and sales partners – always with an open ear and a smile on his face.

Tina

Tina is a beautician and particularly appreciates the effect and quality of our Demeter-certified skincare products. With her expertise, she provides valuable input for user questions and product development.

Tina also makes sure that many of your packages are lovingly wrapped – often with a little surprise to delight you when you open them.

Tears of the Vine

Paulina keeps a close eye on all products and packaging. She ensures that everything is expertly packaged, carefully sealed, and replenished in a timely manner.

She works more accurately and faster than any machine – and yet always with friendliness, calmness, and a great deal of attention to detail.
